Oral/Throat Health (microbiome)
BioGaia ProDentis mint-flavoured lozenges help to supplement the oral microbiome. Each lozenge contains both Limosilactobacillus reuteri DSM 17938 and Limosilactobacillus reuteri ATCC PTA 5289 . Available as a pack of 10/20.
Bulking agent (isomalt), L. reuteri DSM 17938 and L. reuteri ATCC PTA 5289, fully hydrogenated palm oil, peppermint flavor, menthol flavor, peppermint oil and sweetener (sucralose). One lozenge consists of a minimum of 200 million live L. reuteri Prodentis. Net weight per lozenge, 800 mg. They can be taken regularly or temporarily e.g. during antibiotic treatment. For the best result, allow 2 hours between an antibiotic and BioGaia Protectis intake. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects due to the content of sweeteners in the product.
Take 1–2 lozenges a day. Use regularly for oral microflora supplementation. The consumption of foods containing isomalt and sucralose rather than sugar also contributes to the maintenance of tooth mineralisation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product should not be a substitute for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Best used after tooth brushing. Take the lozenge and then leave to melt in your mouth.
Store in a dry place, at room temperature (max. 25 °C / 77 °F). Keep out of reach of children.
